Storage Guide: How Self Storage Works

Your Storage Lifecycle

1. Pick Your Unit Size

Estimate based on the personal items you will be storing to determine the best unit size for you. Our guide can help!

2. Reserve Your Unit

Choose the unit that works best and click on Reserve. This will move your journey to our account management tool to guide you through the process.

Move In Day

3. Move-In Day!

On move-in day, stop at the front desk to review your reservation, and a team member will help you locate and check your unit before moving in.

4. Monthly Payments

Manage your monthly storage dues through our web portal. If you would rather do so over the phone or in person, check in during business hours.

Set Move-Out Date

5. Set Move-Out Date

When you're getting ready to move out, please let us know. We want to make sure your unit is fully accessible from snow, other tennants moving out nearby.

Check Out

6. Check Out

On move-out day, check in with our desk. A team member will check the unit for any damage and ensure the door is now unlocked and ready to be cleaned for our next occupant.
